Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Unfortunately we can no longer ship the packets to APO/FPO addresses. We suggest that you get your orders shipped to a civil address in USA and then forwarded to your APO/FPO address.
Q: How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
A: If the order is too large to fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
Q: How are the products shipped?
A: We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Since prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points in Europe established in different countries to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery. With custom we have 100% success to USA, 100% success to any country of EU. Problems with custom are only in New Zealand & Australia - we have around 70% success.
Q: How long does the shipping process take?
A: Estimated delivery time for our Shipment is: 7 - 14 business days on average, sometimes it may take up to one month.
Q: I live in USA and I wonder if a packet can be confiscated at customs?
A: In some cases a packet can be confiscated at customs, but this happens extremely rarely (less than 0,25 % of all packets sent).
Q: Is there a possibility for a shipping delay?
A: There are occassions when delivery is delayed due to Postal Services procedures (we ship only by regular mail, because it is the safest), however in those occasions delivery might take a little longer, usualy about a month.
Q: What happens if the packet is confiscated at customs?
A: If the packet is confiscated at customs we will re-ship it at no extra cost if you can send us the copy of confiscation letter.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Cost of shipping to USA is 19 US$, cost of shipping within EU (Europe) is 19 US$, cost of shipping for the rest of the world is 19 US$.
