Usage and Dosing of Jintropin HGH
Jintropin Human Growth Hormone is gaining popularity due to numerous benefits associated with use: stimulates growth in most body tissues by increasing the number of cells rather than their size. This includes skeletal muscle tissue, and with the exception of eyes and brain all other body organs. Growth hormone also stimulates triglyceride hydrolysis in adipose tissue, usually producing notable fat loss during treatment. HGH increases glucose output in the liver, and induces insulin resistance by blocking the activity of this hormone in target cells. This effect is seen where fats become a more primary source of fuel, further enhancing body fat loss. HGH’s additional effect is to strengthen connective tissues, cartilage and tendons, which reduces the susceptibility to injury , and increase overall muscle ability (strength).
An average dosage for male is in the range of 4 to 8 I.U. daily. Usage of lower dosages will not produce the desired results. Daily dosing is important, as HGH has a very short life cycle in the body. Peak blood concentrations are noted quickly (2 to 6 hours) after injection, and the hormone is cleared from the body with a half-life of only 20-30 minutes. These facts make stable blood levels difficult to maintain. The effects of this drug are also most pronounced when it is used for longer periods of time (several months). Side Effects
There is theoretical concern that GH treatment may increase the risks of diabetes, especially in those with other predispositions treated with higher doses. If used for use of training, growth at a young age (25 or less) can cause severe symptoms. One survey of adults who had been treated with replacement cadaver GH (which has not been used anywhere in the world since 1985) during childhood showed a mildly increased incidence of colon cancer and prostate cancer, but linkage with the GH treatment was not established.
