What is Vitamin B15?
Pangamic Acid is a water-soluble vitamin. It has been shown to decrease the severity of pain and morning stiffness in rheumatoid arthritis sufferers. It has also shown to benefit the pain and discomfort of osteoarthritis sufferers. Some say that it is an essential requirement in the diet, but has not been proven yet. Some research points it to helping lower cholesterol blood levels, aid in protein synthesis, and help neutralize liquor cravings. It detoxifies the by-products of human metabolism, is considered to be an antioxidant, extends cell life, and is an instant oxygenator.
Where is it found?
Whole grain cereals, brown rice, brewer's yeast, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, organ meats, and eggs
How much is normally taken?
There isn't a Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) that has been established for Vitamin B15, and there is no known overdose amount.
Possible Side Effects
Some users have reported experiencing nausea, and it is best taken with food.
